Itze Hostel - Isla Mujeres

We had an amazing stay at this hostel, located just steps away from a amazing beach. The prices were affordable, and the included breakfast of fresh avocado, jam, cheese, and bread was simple but delicious.

The bathrooms were not well-maintained and heavily used, which could have benefited from daily cleaning. the lockers were located outside the room, a slight inconvenience.

The staff was really nice and the complimentary breakfast was good. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and key attractions. The AC in the dorms kept us comfortable.

The room was small and lacked a social area. The rules felt a bit strict and it didn't have a friendly hostel environment.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable amenities, and reliable WiFi. Quiet street near beach and shops/restaurants. Excellent for solo travelers. Would consider staying again.

Located in a prime spot, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. There was always a friendly and helpful owner, ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were basic but had all the necessary amenities. The common kitchen was well-equipped and kept clean at all times. The hotel even had a nice rooftop for relaxation. a satisfying experience.

Additionally, one of the mattresses was too soft and uncomfortable, while the limited number of toilets and showers for the entire hostel was inconvenient. However, the breakfast included was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I recently stayed at Itze Hostel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and really made me feel welcome. The private room I stayed in was small but had everything I needed, including a closet, plugs, and good air conditioning. The WiFi was excellent and worked well in the room. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious, with options like Philadelphia and avocado toast. The kitchen facilities were great and there was even free food available. I had a great time at Itze and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location, close to the beach, ferry, and restaurants, but far enough for a peaceful sleep. Friendly staff, including a manager who goes above and beyond to share information about local activities, like visiting a dog shelter.- Clean and comfortable rooms, with privacy curtains, storage space, and good air conditioning.- Simple yet delicious breakfast included.

Limited facilities, with only two showers and toilets for the hostel, which led to long waiting times and unpleasant smells. Some noise issues, especially for rooms located next to the reception, where check-in and check-out noise can be heard.

The best aspects of my stay were the friendly staff and the great location. the staff was always helpful and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. They even bought me special food when I couldn't eat the breakfast provided. the location was perfect, making it easy to reach all the attractions and places of interest in the area. the breakfast was good with a variety of options and the beds were comfortable.

The worst aspects of my stay were the tiny and dirty bathrooms, as well as the leaky air conditioning. the bathrooms were so small and dirty that it was hard to feel comfortable using them.

We had a great stay at this lovely hostel. the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was simple but delicious, with toast, avocado, and good coffee. We also appreciated the nice kitchen and the reliable WiFi.

The owner was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were basic but had everything I needed, and the common kitchen was well-equipped and clean. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. I also heard that they are building a rooftop area, which I can't wait to visit next time!
